Due to the digital nature of our products, digital products and AI courses are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, downloaded, or access has been provided.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after the digital product or access has been delivered.

Other Tools & Products

Some tools or products may have different refund, replacement, validity or warranty conditions.

The applicable conditions will be mentioned clearly on the respective landing page or product description before purchase.

Payment or Delivery Problems

If payment is successful but the customer does not receive the purchased product within the stated delivery period, please contact us.

Where required for verification, send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp: 8933870459 along with your name and order/payment details.

We will verify the transaction and assist with delivery or another applicable resolution.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is applicable and approved under the conditions stated for the purchased product, it will normally be processed within 5–7 business days.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
